Strawberry Festival Pageants

STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL QUEEN

The selection of the Strawberry Festival queen and her court is based on devotion to the community, church and family. A random drawing is held to select the Queen each year.

Criteria:
65 years of age or better
Must live in Bolivar area zip code
Letter of recommendation from family member, loved one, or area business; one page, no more than three paragraphs.

The 2024 Queen Pageant was sponsored by Eleet Cryogenics.

Congratulations to Rebecca Hubble, queen for 2024!

Rebecca has played a major role in every Strawberry Festival since it was revived by Dick LeBold. Her commitment to the community includes terms as Mayor of Bolivar in addition to growing Bolivar Main Street Association while still playing an integral part in it.

A much deserved award for this hard working lady – Congratulations, Rebecca!

LITTLE MISS SHORTCAKE

The 2024 Little Miss Shortcake Pageant (ages 4 to 6) – was held Saturday, June 8th, noon at the South Tent. Sponsored by The Commercial & Savings Bank with hosts Kerry Miller and Kathryn Cooper.

Little Miss Shortcake is selected by a random drawing.
